According to GJD regulations, every employee must have an official email, which is employee code + @mail.interno.gjdev.it. Additionally, department heads have a code for internal calls to stay updated with the management. This is a precautionary measure to ensure effective and secure communication within the company.

Example of an official email:

12345-gjd-gj@interno.gjdev.it
12345 is the employee's ID
gjd is the department code
gj are the initials of the employee's first and last name
Internal phone numbers consist of 4 digits to connect to the switchboard, colleagues, management, etc. These numbers facilitate quick and direct communication within the company.
